What is UHMWPE Rope/Net Fibre?
Compared with other PE fiber, JR’s UHMWPE fiber for Rope/Net will endow the finished products with a higher availability of tenacity, higher abrasion resistance for both wet and dry aspects.
UHMWPE fibres have the highest strength-to-weight ratio compared to other synthetic fibres (including nylon, polyester and aramid) - up to 10 times the strength of steel of the same weight - and their low density means that they are easy to spot when they fall into the water and can be salvaged before they sink or become tangled.
In addition to primary coloured UHMWPE fibres, JR Fibres are also available in different primary dyed coloured fibres such as black, orange, blue, green etc. and can be customised with coloured UHMWPE fibres to suit the customer's needs and application.
