The amount of plastic currently circulating in the marine environment is estimated by 150 million tonnes, with a further 8 million tonnes entering the oceans each year, and if we keep up this rate, by 2050 there will be more plastic in the oceans than fish!

What is FREEZING™ Recycled?

FREEZING™ Recycling recycles post-consumer solid waste such as mineral water bottle caps and beverage bottles, TPU protective film and other post-consumer solid waste by sorting them and processing them layer by layer before spinning them. The full use of recycled raw materials in the production process saves energy by reducing the use of crude oil and natural gas, and reduces carbon emissions to achieve carbon neutrality. The quality is almost identical to virgin.

What is  FREEZING™?

This is a lighter-than-water fibre that has been treated with JR‘s FREEZING™ technology for higher thermal conductivity,  which alters the structure of the molecular chain to give it higher thermal conductivity and quickly conducts excess heat away from the body, having a constant cooling effect.

FREEZING™ Recycled Ice Cooling Yarn Appliction

Mattresses, Cushions, Ice covers, Sportswear, Home textiles, Pet products, Knitting and weaving, etc.

Among them, 30D, 50D, 75D, 100D are mainly used in seamless underwear, socks, knitted and woven garments;

150D, 200D, 300D, 400D are mainly used in home textile field;

Other specifications are used in industrial applications, such as cable jackets;

Full Dull are mainly used in woven fabrics for UV protection.
